Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect active billing cycles without notice.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Client Responsibilities

Sello is not responsible for content legality or accuracy provided by the client.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website designs remain the property of Sello until full payment is received
  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design is transferred to the client
  • Sello retains the right to display completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed

9. Third-Party Services

Sello may integrate or recommend third-party tools such as hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, or analytics services.

Sello is not responsible for:

  • Third-party service downtime
  • Policy changes by third-party providers
  • Fees charged by third partie

10. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer

SEO and marketing services aim to improve visibility but do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or business results.

Search engine algorithms and market conditions are beyond Sello’s control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Sello is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service
